Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator
We are looking for Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator at our office in coopersburg, PA. No experience is necessary but a license is required. The Mortgage Loan Originator License must be current and valid for either Pennsylvania or New Jersey. If interested, please submit an email with your contact information and qualifications. Job Description:
A Loan Originator assists the borrower in determining the proper mortgage program. They also help the borrower complete the loan application and gather the necessary paperwork, including pay stubs, tax returns and bank statements. During the loan process, the mortgage originator communicates with the appraiser, title officer, escrow officer, loan processor and underwriter.
